Service Agreement

By signing up, you agree to the following:

Your pickup day is fixed and cannot be changed week to week.
BayouFold is a recurring monthly subscription.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle.
If you miss a scheduled pickup, that week does not automatically roll over.
You may request one additional bag on a future pickup to make up for a missed week, subject to availability.
Laundry must be bagged, ready, and accessible at the scheduled pickup time.
All pockets must be completely emptied prior to pickup. BayouFold is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal items left in pockets.
Overfilled or overweight bags may count as an additional bag.
BayouFold is not responsible for normal wear and tear, manufacturer defects, or items not suitable for standard wash-and-fold service.
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
At this time we are not offering ironing, hanging, or dry cleaning options. We focus on providing the best wash and fold service to keep things simple and affordable.
