By signing up, you agree to the following:

• Your pickup day is fixed and cannot be changed week to week.
• BayouFold is a recurring monthly subscription.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle.
• If you miss a scheduled pickup, that week does not automatically roll over.
• You may request one additional bag on a future pickup to make up for a missed week, subject to availability.
• Laundry must be bagged, ready, and accessible at the scheduled pickup time.
• All pockets must be completely emptied prior to pickup. BayouFold is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal items left in pockets.
• Overfilled or overweight bags may count as an additional bag.
• BayouFold is not responsible for normal wear and tear, manufacturer defects, or items not suitable for standard wash-and-fold service.
• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• At this time we are not offering ironing, hanging, or dry cleaning options. We focus on providing the best wash and fold service to keep things simple and affordable.
