SERVICE BASICS

How do I sign up?

Signing up is quick and easy! Just visit our signup page, choose your plan, select your preferred pickup day, and enter your details. The whole process takes about 60 seconds. We’ll deliver your BayouFold bag before your first pickup day.

What’s included in your services?

Every BayouFold subscription includes:

  • Weekly pickup from your doorstep
  • Next-day delivery
  • Wash, dry, and fold service
  • Premium hypoallergenic detergent
  • Reusable BayouFold laundry bag

Just leave your bag out on pickup day and we handle the rest. Your clothes come back fresh, clean, and neatly folded.

What areas do you service?

We currently service the 70611 zip code in the Lake Charles area. Enter your zip code on our homepage to check availability, or join our waitlist if we’re not in your area yet.

What days do you pick up and deliver?

We offer pickups on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You’ll select your preferred pickup day when you sign up. Delivery is always the next day—so Tuesday pickups are delivered Wednesday, and Thursday pickups are delivered Friday.

Please note: pickup days are subject to availability. If a day is full, it won’t appear as an option during checkout.

THE LAUNDRY

What size are the laundry bags?

Our BayouFold bags measure 36″ H x 25″ W, which holds approximately 18-22 lbs of laundry. Each bag is sorted into 3 loads — lights, darks, and towels — to ensure the best care for your clothes. This is plenty of room for a week’s worth of laundry for most individuals.

Do you provide the laundry bags?

Yes! We provide durable, reusable BayouFold bags when you start your subscription.

What items can I include?

We accept everyday clothing and towels. Please no bedding, sheets, linens, dry-clean-only items, leather, suede, or heavily soiled/stained items.

What detergent do you use?

We use premium, hypoallergenic detergent that’s gentle on clothes and skin. If you have specific detergent needs or allergies, let us know!

Do you offer ironing or dry cleaning?

At this time, we focus on wash and fold service only. We do not offer ironing, hanging, or dry cleaning.

PRICING & PLANS

What’s included in each plan?

All plans include weekly pickup, next-day delivery, wash and fold service, and premium detergent. The Solo plan includes 1 bag per week ($150/month), Family includes 2 bags per week ($270/month), and Plus includes 3 bags per week ($360/month).

What if I have more laundry than my plan allows?

If you consistently need more capacity, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Plan upgrades apply for the full billing month. Contact us and we’ll help you find the right fit.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes! You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your Square account, or by contacting us at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

PICKUP & DELIVERY

Where do I leave my laundry bag?

Leave your bag outside your front door on the morning of your pickup day. We recommend placing it out by 7 AM.

What time will my laundry be picked up/delivered?

Pickups typically occur between 8 AM and 10 AM on your scheduled day. Deliveries are made between 4 PM and 6 PM the following day.

What if I forget to put my bag out?

No worries! If you miss your pickup, contact us to request a make-up bag. We allow one make-up bag per billing cycle.

ACCOUNT & BILLING

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Square account. If you need assistance or have questions about your plan, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

When am I billed?

You’re billed monthly on the same date you signed up.
